Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was small but modern and very comfortable. Location was very walkable to Canal City Shopping and the street foods at night. Also to the underground shopping mall. There was a market across the street and close to a 7-11 and neighborhood sushi restaurants. Very nice.

We stayed at king size room during our five nights in Fukuoka. Best value you could get in the city centre. Convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within reachable distance. Canal City Shopping Mall is within 10-15 mins walk! Room amenities are ample and provided in the lounge area. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone to stay in Fukuoka. I heard the breakfast is really nice too but we didn’t have a chance to try it this time.

Helpful staff and good in English for communication. The hotel is new for both exterior and interior including within room and friendly with environment. Public bath and sauna must try for new experience to relax.

The counter staff are friendly and we have no problem with the communication. They understood what we needed and assisted us all the way. The room was comfy and had enough space to lay down two big luggages. The location is ideal as it is centralized between canal city mall and tenjin side where nightlife is. It is also surrounded with good food.

there are no many kind of breakfast but all taste was good. But the canteen was quite small so people were crowded. sauna was also good.
